Ayesha Johnson has spent her career helping leaders make ambitious ideas real. She has learned that the idea is rarely the hardest part. The challenge is creating the clarity, alignment, and operating structure required to execute it well.

Her career spans Fortune, The New York Times, Lincoln Center, The Wing, and The Meteor, where she has partnered with CEOs and leadership teams to scale organizations, launch new initiatives, build operating models, and navigate change.

Most recently at Fortune, Ayesha helped lead the company's expansion into Riyadh in 2025 and was selected to build and lead its enterprise AI transformation—two very different opportunities that required translating ambition into strategy, operating structures, and cross-functional execution.
