Ayesha is an effective and accomplished operations and strategic leader with more than ten years of experience in her roles at The New York Times, Lincoln Center, Van Wyck, and The Wing. She has a wide range of expertise including the ability to identify operational gaps and strategic growth opportunities, build and manage inclusive teams, produce events and provide legal review.
Most recently, Ayesha built and streamlined a multi-thronged media business model including events, podcasts and social campaigns achieving operations growth and strategic scale as senior director of operations at The Meteor, a media company committed to social and gender equity.

Ayesha is currently senior director of strategy and operations and Fortune Live Media, managing both the Most Powerful Women and Brainstorm Tech franchise conferences.
Throughout her career, Ayesha has worked with c-suite executives, clients and high-level stakeholders to translate detailed requirements into actionable results. Her enthusiastic and collaborative approach make her an ideal partner for anyone who needs transformational help.
